Great for heat embossing, not the best for extended use
This tool heats up very quickly (hot almost instantly!) and is great for melting embossing powder or other applications needing a gentle blast of heat. The powder doesn't go all over the place and (when held a proper distance from the paper) the paper does not scorch or burn. After using it for a minute or two, though, you do need to let the unit cool down or else it seemingly begins to burn itself!
