Poor Design... DO NOT BUY
I wanted a small shop vac for little projects from room to room (I manage a motel). This was on sale for $20 at my local ACE Hardware and thought it would be perfect. WRONG! It is small, and it is very powerful for it's size (or any size for that matter). There are two main things that are just plain WRONG with it:
1. It MUST be kept upright and STILL while using or the overfill ball will pop up and stop it from sucking. Since I have another shop vac I can use for water, I duct taped the ball DOWN so I didn't have to be careful in how I handled the vacuum. Trust me... all it takes is a bit of a tilt or a jolt and the ball pops up and you have to turn it off, let it sink back down, before you can start vacuuming again.
2. In my opinion, with a shop vac, anything that can be sucked up in the sucking end of the hose should not get hung up at the canister end of the hose. Instead, this thing keeps getting plugged up at the canister end of the hose. If you are...
