Fine with lead
Using a small tip I have never been able to get it hot enough for the new no-lead solder. I may be able to correct this with a bigger tip, but then I have the wrong tip for most other work. Solution, buy a cheap china station with a large tip. I myself like lead, I like the taste and smell and adds real zip to salsa.
