Sandia 50-4000 Commercial Extractor with Heater
Sandia 50-4000 made in USA is a plus but support is a bust! I tried contacting the builder of these units and they where very stern to not answer any questions since I purchased from Amazon. It is very important that Amazon have an agreement with Sandia that if we as customers need to ask tech questions that we are excepted for answers. There should be a phone number and name of Dealer or builder so we can ask important information about this unit. I will give a list of problems, Pro and Cons of this Sandia Extractor 50-4000
Problems:
1) The book that came with this unit is very vague and setup is poorly written. I had to figure out for myself how to run machine in it's proper order so I won't cause damage to any component!
2) The pump would not run on start-up and I tried everything to get it to run but I found out that running the pump for three minutes continually can freeze up the motor. I walked away from running pump (trouble shooting) 15 minutes or longer...
