Description : It was love at first sight when we opened the case--and once we had this drill in our hands, we've practically forsaken all others. It's one of the smallest we've seen, but don't be fooled by that--it's a tiger. It feels well-balanced in hand, even with the battery installed. You can't say that about many cordless drills. Of course, it has the 22-position clutch offered by most drills in its class today, and its compact size will get you in where other drills can't go. This tireless worker is accompanied by a handy set of bits and a great flashlight, powered by its own 14.4-volt battery. The multiposition head shines a super beam at the touch of a button. A rugged carry case houses the whole shebang, making this kit, dollar for dollar, a great deal. You'll love this drill. --Kris Jensen-Van Heste

Treasurer opinions some purchasers:>>
For the money, it's a great deal
Bought this drill to replace my old DeWalt 12 volt cordless, and have already done two projects with it and have been very impressed. Granted, I'm going up in voltage but I'm able to drive 1 1/4" and 1 5/8" screws into pine and oak with a lot less effort than my old trusty 12 volt. The drill size is a little more compact than what I'm used to using but I got used to it very quickly and it's actually a plus when you're up on a ladder or want to minimize tool weight. It has average charge life, but the charger included recharges the batteries in about an hour so you won't be caught short with the extra battery included. A contractor friend of mine has a Hitachi reciprocating saw that he raves about, and I'm starting to see why. They make a good product for the money and the flashlight that's included is a bonus for this tool. I'd pay the full freight for the drill alone.
