Best of the Best
I usually prefer Bosch, but when it came to impact drivers, the Dewalt just couldn't be beat... Quieter, less weight, and a total work horse... I agree that the one bad thing about lithium batteries is there is no warning.. They just simply stop without warning... But at least they give 100% until that point.. Ni-Cad's will start slowing down, so you have some warning that its time to re-charge,,, but I found myself getting a fresh battery anyway as soon as I notice the tool is slowing down so I guess having an early warning is really of no consequence... That being said, this impact driver is a real pleasure to use... I've dropped it from just about every height you can imagine and still keeps going strong... Lots of power and incredibly light... Its the first thing I grab out of my tool box and have it next to me throughout any job... In my opinion, its the best impact driver in its class...
